Actor Sanjay Dutt today returned home on leave of furlough, over four months after he was sent to Yerawada Central Jail in Pune to serve his remaining sentence in connection with the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.

Dutt was granted leave of furlough for 14 days by the prison authorities, Yerawada jail superintendent Yogesh Desai told PTI.

Good conduct is one of the criteria for granting furlough, which is sanctioned from prisoner's accumulated leave, Desai said.
